Lemon Protein Bars




Lemon Protein Bars



Ingredients

1 Cup oat flour
2 scoops vanilla whey protein
(you can double this to 4 scoops to up the protein level)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 qt mix Crystal Light Lemon (preferably without aspartame)
**You may also use True Lemon instead of crystal light
4 egg whites
1/4 cup Truvia (can cut back on this if you don't want them really sweet)
8 oz unsweetened applesauce
4 oz water


Directions
  • Mix first four dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl
  • In a seperate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients
  • Add wet to dry and mix well
  • Use non stick spray on 8x8 cooking dish and place batter in dish
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the middle is cooked through


This will make 16 bars
