Double Chocolate Protein Muffins :0)
For all you sweet tooth people (and me!!) I have a new recipe that I think you will LOVE!!!!
1 c. almond flour/meal
3 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder
1/2 c. stevia in the raw
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and evenly distribute into 12 muffin tins. Bake 25-30 minutes
Serving Size: makes 12 muffins

Total Fat: 6 g
Total Carbs: 4.4 g
Dietary Fiber: 1.7 g
Protein: 9.0 g
