Chocolate Protein Pancakes :0)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (if you want a extra strong chocolat tast)
- 30 gr protein powder chocolat flavour
note: for this we used 'mega strong protein' - dominator - brand Olimp
Directions:
- crush the banana
- mix de banana, eggs, protein powder and cocoa powder togheter
- put a bit in a frypan and Bake/fry on a low fire for a few minutes, turn the pancake and bake the other side for a minute
