Chocolate Coconut Protein Bars






Chocolate - coconut protein balls






Ingredients (12 balls):
- 3 scoops (+- 90 g) whey delicious protein powder (xxl-nutrition) (chocolate or chocolate-coconut)
- 120 g oats
- 30 g hazel nuts
- 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
- a bit of cinnamon
- 80 ml or g skimmed milk
- 60 g peanut butter (natural)
- A bit of coco shavings

Directions:
- Put everething exept the coconut shavings in a bowl
- mix thouroughly with your hands
- take some of the mix and make a ball (like a golf ball), so you will have 12 balls
- roll the into coconut shaving

energy: 119 cal
protein: 9,5 g
carbohydrates: 7,5 g (sugar 1,9 g)
fat: 5,5 g (saturated 0,8 g)
fiber: 1,2 g

Chocolate Protein Cupcakes


Chocolate Protein Cupcakes


Ingredients for 6 cakes:
- 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey, or your favorite sweetener to your own taste
- 1 cup (100 g) whole wheat flour or oat flour
- 2 scoops (2 x 1/4 cup) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

Mix wet ingredients (egg, baby food, honey, vanilla, mashed banana) together. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, cacao powder, protein powder) together. Mix everything together.

I baked the cakes for 20-25 minutes at 230 degrees Celsius. I checked for doneness with a toothpick.




Basic low-sugar chocolate pudding/ Frosting



Ingredients:
- Half liter (16.9 Fl oz.) of milk: unsweetened soy / almond milks are the milks with the lowest sugar content
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of locust bean gum (or corn starch)
- 2 teaspoons of fat-reduced cocoa
- 1 tablespoon of stevia or your favorite low-calorie sweetener

Instructions:
- Mix the locust bean gum powder, stevia, cocoa, vanilla and a bit of the milk together. Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture.
- Put the rest of the milk in a sauce pan on a high fire.
- Add the hot milk to the mixture with the other ingredients and put it on a small fire until the mixture start thickening.

Pumpkin Pie Protein Waffles



Pumpkin Pie Waffles

Ingredients

4 egg whites
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 c oatmeal
1/4 c can pumpkin-only 20 cal.
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon




Combine oatmeal with water in a larger bowl and cook oatmeal in the microwave for 1 min.  Add rest of ingredients along with enough water to make mixture a batter-like consistency.  Cook in a waffle maker and top with a bit of Slenda syrup or spray butter.  You can also make these as pancakes if you do not have a waffle makers.
