Healthier Version Pumpkin Pie

Protein Pumpkin Pie





Ingredients:


1 Lg can Pure Pumpkin (I used Libby's)
5 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder


2 Eggs
4 packets of Splenda
Cinnamon to taste
Pie Crust of your choice


Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl. Prepare pie crust as directed. Spoon pumpkin mixture into crust and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes. (I baked it until the crust just began to brown.) Truly amazing!

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pie



There is nothing worse than being invited to a party or event when you are watching what you eat. I have been there. You usually (or I feel this way) have 2 choices. Give in to the food temptations and wreck your diet and go home angry that you did, or make something that tastes good and is healthy to bring and indulge in that! People wont know the difference and you can go home with a smile on your face like you conquered the world :0)


Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pie










Ingredients :

                                                                       1 cup Splenda
                                                             1.5 cups natural peanut butter
                                                               3 oz fat free cream cheese
                                                               1.5 cups super skim milk


                                                                          Directions:


                                                    Mix in a large bowl with mixer until smooth
                                                       Add 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
                                                                  Half tub of lite cool whip
                                               Put in a reduced fat graham cracker crust and refrigerate


                                                          Chill overnight to soften the crust

Ingredients 


1 cup Oat Flour
 4 Egg Whites

 2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
 ½ cup Splenda, Truvia, or Stevia
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 ¼ tsp Salt
 8oz Berry flavored Baby Food
 3 tbsp Baking Cocoa
 4oz Water

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix dry ingredients (oat flower, vanilla whey protein, baking soda, salt, baking cocoa) together in a large bowl.
3. Mix wet ingredients (egg whites, Splenda, Truvia, or Ideal, Berry flavored Baby Food,Water) together in a medium sized bowl.
4.  Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together
5. Spray cooking dish with a non stick butter spray and add batter to dish. (8x8 glass pan)
6. Bake 20-30 minutes in oven.


Makes 16 squares, serving size=2 bars.
