1 Scoop Vanilla Whey 
1 Cup Milk (I use unsweetened Almond Milk) 
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries (or however much you desire) 
1 Tablespoon Pistachio pudding mix 
Ice 
Blend 
Enjoy!
