Alright, are you ready for this healthy recipe?!!! You are going to think I'm crazy, but I promise you, you wont be able to tell the difference from the REAL thing from... Sweet Potato Brownies!
Now honestly, before you go off thinking I'm nuts, I have told you that with the holiday's coming up I am determined not to get the same old "Meagan, it's a family get together, can't you just give up this healthy eating just for once?!" Sorry Grandma, it's not happening!! I have worked too hard and come too far to get to where I am today and I know that if I indulge, I may go back to old habits! Now maybe you have more willpower than I do, but if I can bring several dishes that no one will know that they are healthy, I can focus my eating on those particular dishes without anyone questioning a thing except, where can they get a copy of that DELICIOUS brownie recipe!! hehe :)

Notes
I cant wait to hear what people think about these!
ReplyDeleteThese sound amazing! On the Paleo diet, but I may try a couple of substitutions (like almond flour for spelt flour) and see how it goes. Have to start thinking about what I can bake for the holidays:) Thanks so much for sharing!
